 In today’s time, depression and anxiety are the most challenging aspects of our lives. It becomes difficult to deal with and comes in different ways. Depression is a state of unhappiness and unwillingness to live life anymore and anxiety only adds to this feeling. 


Depression is a medical, mental disorder that causes a constant feeling of sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness. Depression affects how the person feels, behaves, and thinks. It also leads to emotional and physical problems. Anxiety is one of the most common disorders that most humans can either suffer from or have endured before

It makes one feel unhappy and unworthy and they might take wrong actions by thinking that they are not enough and only solution to end their pain is destroy their lives. It may be described as a feeling of emptiness or hopelessness. Some people may find it difficult to put these feelings into words. It may also be difficult for them to understand as symptoms can manifest and cause physical reactions. These issues must be considered seriously and worked upon to change the mindset and approach of people towards depression and anxiety.
